About the Role
<p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Serenity Knolls, situated in the San Geronimo Valley just 10 minutes west of Fairfax, currently has an opening for an Full Time NOC Behavioral Health Associate to join our team. </span></strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;"> </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Our facility has a total capacity of 42 beds, accommodating individuals aged 18 and older, including 6 beds designated for detoxification services. Serenity Knolls operates as a 12-step based, social model residential treatment center, which uniquely combines the traditional social model of care with contemporary cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and evidence-based practices.</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;"> </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Rate of pay is : $25-$28 an hour </span></strong></p><br><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><strong><u><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">Job Responsibility </span></u></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">The Case Manager acts as a liaison for patients with the referral network.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">The Case Manager assists patients in agreement with their counselor, to seek social, vocational and rehabilitative services on an as needed basis.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">Directs residents in a clear, concise, and informative manner</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">Contributes to the Comprehensive Treatment Plan through participation in treatment planning meetings and process</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">Ability to self-motivate and possess strong time-management and organizational skills while managing a high volume of client interactions.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">Completes any necessary client centered paperwork in a timely manner.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">Demonstrates good moral character and even temperament necessary to gain and maintain credibility and trust of persons being served, peers, and management staff.</span></li></ul><br><ul><li style="margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .5in;"><strong><u>Job Requirements:</u></strong></li><li style="margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .5in;">Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or in a human service related field</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .5in;">Treatment planning, clinical documentation, behavioral health, substance abuse, case management experience is preferred. </li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><u>Hours: </u></strong><strong>Tues-Saturday <u>or</u> Sunday -Thurs 8:30am -5:30pm <u>or</u> 9:00am- 5:30pm </strong><strong> </strong></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;">SERKNO</p><p style="margin: 0px;">#LI-SKTC</p>
