New Homes Business Partner – South East Region
£34,000–£40,000 basic | £55,000–£60,000 OTE | Full‑time
I’m recruiting on behalf of a respected property group looking for an experienced New Homes Business Partner to drive growth, win new instructions and support sales performance across the South East. Base location - Wallington, SM6
The Role
Build and grow relationships with SME developers, housebuilders and housing associations.
Identify new business opportunities and deliver persuasive pitches.
Support developers with pricing, marketing strategy and campaign planning.
Work closely with branch teams to maximise sales performance on developments.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and sales rates.
Represent the business at industry events and maintain high professional standards.
About You Strong Estate Agency background with solid regulatory knowledge.
Experience working with new homes developers.
Proven business development and valuation experience.
Excellent networking and relationship‑building skills (B2B & B2C).
Proactive, self‑motivated and confident coaching others.
Full UK driving licence and own transport.
Package & Hours Basic: £34k–£40k
OTE: £55k–£60k (car allowance, commission, bonus)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5.30pm (occasional Saturdays for launches, time in lieu)
Location: Field‑based across the South East, with a base at the Wallington office
