A major UK mobile technology rollout is underway, and we're hiring two Graduate / Entry Level Field Support Technicians to help deliver it. This is a fantastic opportunity for tech-savvy graduates who enjoy working with people, travelling, and getting hands-on with mobile technology.
What you'll be doing
- Visiting multiple client sites across London and the wider UK (all travel reimbursed).
- Helping users migrate from an existing mobile app to a new one.
- Using a simple, step-by-step checklist for each deployment.
- Supporting users with installation, setup and sign-in.
- Delivering short (1-2 hour) end-user training sessions using provided materials.
- Completing checklists, logs and training sign-offs.
- Acting as a friendly, professional point of contact onsite.
About you
- Graduate or early-career individual.
- Confident using smartphones and mobile apps.
- Friendly, professional communicator.
- Highly organised and reliable.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Happy to travel nationally (expenses paid).
