Job Title: Enterprise Applications Developer (Low-Code & ERP Integrations)

Location: Remote, (Preferred St Louis, MO)
We are seeking a mid-level Enterprise Applications Developer who enjoys working across technology stacks, integrating systems, and building practical solutions that directly support business operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on generalist who thrives at the intersection of low-code development, SQL, and ERP integrations, and who enjoys partnering closely with business stakeholders.
You will design and build applications using platforms such as Oracle APEX, Salesforce low-code tools, and SQL-based solutions, while integrating data and processes across ERP systems via APIs.
The customer wants a hands-on, mid-level application generalist who can build low-code apps, integrate ERP systems via APIs, work directly with the business, and keep critical operational systems running smoothly.
This role is best suited for a mid-level developer who enjoys being the connective tissue between systems and the business someone who values delivery, learning, and real-world impact over specialization in a single technology.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy business applications using Oracle APEX, Salesforce low-code tools, and SQL-based frameworks
Build and consume REST APIs to integrate ERP and enterprise systems
Serve as a technical contributor on IT-led and business transformation initiatives
Delivery enhancements and improvements to existing systems with a focus on stability, scalability, and maintainability
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into well-architected technical solutions
Troubleshoot application and integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and prevent recurrence
Document applications, integrations, workflows, and technical decisions
Contribute to coding standards, best practices, and reusable solution patterns
Stay current on tools and technologies relevant to the enterprise application landscape
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Mid-level experience developing Oracle APEX applications
Experience with Salesforce low-code development (Flows, automation, configuration)
Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
Experience integrating or supporting ERP systems (Oracle, IQMS, Infor, SAP, SyAcc, or similar)
Hands-on experience building or consuming REST APIs for system-to-system integrations
Exposure to cloud-based environments, preferably Azure
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving, evolving environments
