Job Summary We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Quality Control Tech I to join our growing operation. In this role, you will work in the Quality department performing package evaluations that may include Integrity, Appearance, Functionality, Atmosphere, Codes and Dates, UPC and Label correctness before shipping the product out. Duties and Responsibilities Perform evaluations on finished productsMaintain records of findings and highlight non-conformanceInform operators, mechanics. Line leaders and Managers of issues that are foundEnsure Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP compliance throughout the facilityVerification of metal detection program and x-ray program complianceValidates accuracy of measurements and equipment for quality measurementEnsure information for actions and standards are available and communicated to all staff that require to make informed decisions and minimum defectsIdentifies and acts to prevent unacceptable product shipment to customerCheck and verify label stockMaintain a clean and organized work space Requirements and Qualifications Solid work history that demonstrates reliability; production work experience would be a plusStand/Sit for long periods of timeAble to grip, grasp, or twist using your hands and wrist regularlyBend and stoop for long periods of time during the dayGood communication skillsSubmit to Drug Screen and Background Search How to Apply Qualified applicant should apply online at www.megaforce.com.
