RN: Case Manager

You will utilize MediTech and Midas EMR systems to perform discharge planning, InterQual reviews, and daily multidisciplinary rounds. The role offers the opportunity to engage directly with a diverse patient population on the first floor of a busy hospital across from the cafeteria, requiring a proactive and personable approach. Expect to handle a caseload with a typical patient ratio of 1:40 during standard daytime hours, with an emphasis on efficient documentation and resource coordination.
