<li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">Understand audit assignment budgets and objectives to assist with planning and pre-assignment discussions</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">Take active involvement with delegation of work, training juniors, and reviewing work</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">Execute audit engagements to the high quality standard set across the firm, being adaptable and solution oriented as needed</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">Enhance your client-facing responsibilities in advising, responding to queries and liaising with senior management</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">Reporting and following up at the tail end of the Audit process</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">Requirements:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">Expertise with FRS 101 & FRS 102, UK GAAP principles generally, IFRS is helpful</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">Experience in a regional Practice servicing predominantly SME clients</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">Resides in or commutable to Southampton</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">Strong self-starter who values personal development</span></li>
