About the Role

Serve as the trusted point of contact for designers and internal teams, ensuring high-end custom cabinetry projects are documented, coordinated, and delivered to exacting standards.   Why You'll Love Working with Us: Work on Standout Projects: Partner with industry-leading designers across the country on high-end, custom cabinetry for luxury homes and select commercial spaces. Legacy Craftsmanship: Be part of a respected custom cabinetry company with nearly 50 years of reputation built on quality, discretion, and repeat designer relationships. Strong Team Culture: Join a stable, tight-knit team known for long tenure, family-friendly values, respect, collaboration, and having fun. We enjoy food trucks, team lunches, corn hole tournaments & more. Community-Minded: As a business, we support local nonprofits like The Factory Ministries, Bridges of Hope, and our local library. Christiana Cabinetry is a custom cabinetry manufacturer founded in 1976, specializing in high-end, bespoke cabinetry and built-in woodwork. The company partners closely with designers, architects, and homeowners to create refined, functional interiors tailored to each project. We've built our reputation through craftsmanship, discretion, and long-standing client relationships. What You'll Do as a Cabinetry Project Manager: Serve as the primary point of contact for designers and clients throughout long-running custom cabinetry and millwork projects. Review detailed design prints for large-scale, custom projects and clarify questions directly with designers. Gather supplier pricing, including specialty materials such as custom hardware, and develop detailed project quotes. Collaborate with designers and clients to provide value engineering and keep projects aligned with budget expectations. Document change requests, update drawings as needed, and maintain accurate project records. Coordinate the handoff to the shop for fabrication and support cross-department communication as projects move forward. Resolve issues and address concerns promptly to keep projects on track and customers satisfied.   Our Ideal Cabinetry Project Manager: Cabinetry Industry Experience: At least 3+ years working within custom cabinetry, millwork, or a closely related woodworking environment. Technical Drawing Knowledge: Ability to read, review, and interpret cabinetry drawings, shop drawings, and construction specifications. Project Coordination Expertise: Proven background managing quotes, orders, and project documentation is strongly preferred. Tech Savvy: Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and comfortable learning project management and CRM systems. Professional: Communicates clearly with high-end clients, and manages sensitive, NDA-bound projects with discretion. Detail-oriented: Patient, thorough, and able to stay focused through long, complex projects. Problem-solver: Goes beyond basic estimating by identifying issues, offering value engineering, and helping keep projects on budget.
