Here at Owens Corning we are fully engaged in reducing our CO2 emission by a series of ongoing investments. One of our brands, Foamglas, manufactures and provides insulation material that help consumers and industries reducing their energy consumption.   We are looking for a Sales Lead for the South West region of Germany (greater Frankfurt). In this role, you will be a key player in driving regional sales, managing strategic client relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution within high-value and technical construction environments. You’ll operate at the intersection of business development, technical advisory, and project coordination — acting as a trusted advisor to clients and partners across the insulation and waterproofing value chain.     About the position   Responsibilities Proactively engaging in sales and prospecting activities to expand diverse client portfolio’s across assigned territories; Expanding the client base and penetrating new market segments; Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders including clients, project owners, architects, and strategic installers; Analyzing market trends in insulation and flat roofing through (field) insights; identify competitor activity, pricing movements, and shifts in customer demands to execute your commercial strategy; Ensuring effective project follow-up, including coordination of deliveries and management of customer claims; Product Oversight & Site Follow-up: monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and product compliance; ensure all site feedback is documented & shared in CRM to increase efficiency; Ensure accurate tracking of client interactions and opportunities through CRM; Provide technical & commercial support tailored to client needs; Monitor payment processes and follow up on outstanding balance;   Skills and capabilities necessary to succeed Hunter, frontline Sales, able to identify and chase projects by mining project databases, identifying leads and nurturing contacts in the market Strong business mindset. Being curious about customer needs and the ability to translate these in our value proposition and solutions; Ability to persuade and to adjust easily to various personalities of customers; Results oriented with a proven track record in establishing and achieving ambitious goals; Ability to be flexible, to plan, and meet deadlines, operating both autonomously and in a team; Representing the organization to customers, the public and other external sources; Demonstrated ability to develop long-term partnerships with internal and external customers.   Experience Commercial experience in a technical specification driven businesses. Strong affinity with the building and construction industry. Familiar with technical consultative selling to prescription market (architects, engineering offices, Contractors, influencers etc.);     Our expectations from you   We have a long history of working careers and hope to be able to invest in your growth and development for a long time. Passion to travel and visiting clients in the region Fluent in both English and German. Location: the ideal candidate is located in the Frankfurt area to ensure proximity to customer base
