About The Role and Person We are seeking an inspirational and highly committed Maths teacher to join our team and play a key role in shaping outstanding teaching and learning within the department. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent classroom practice, a passion for raising achievement, and a clear commitment to continual professional development. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Maths practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career. Designed for teachers with the ambition to grow beyond a classroom‑based role, the post combines high‑quality teaching with meaningful opportunities to influence practice across the team. You will contribute to the development of colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and the sharing of innovative and effective approaches to teaching and learning. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher who can inspire both 16–18‑year‑old learners and adult students in GCSE Maths. Teaching will be delivered through a blended model, with one day per week of face‑to‑face teaching at our Mottingham site alongside three evening online sessions each week (6:00pm–9:00pm). This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about Maths education, committed to student success, and eager to make a lasting impact This is a part-time role working 28.8 hours per week. Interview will take place on 4th June 2026. Proposed start date will be 20th August subject to completion of satisfactory pre-employment checks.
