Functieomschrijving
Act as the main point of contact for office visitors, suppliers, and deliveries.
Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, mail, equipment, and general maintenance.
Manage company merchandise, gifting, and employee anniversary programs.
Support internal events by coordinating catering, logistics, and execution.
Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and visitor hosting.
Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure smooth office functioning and employee engagement.
Enforce hybrid working policies and maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Drive sustainable office practices and support IT and general administrative tasks when needed.
