Our client is a fast growing organisation operating within the residential property sector. With an ambitious growth strategy and a strong focus on technology, they are investing in a new Property Management System to modernise operations, improve customer experience and support future expansion.

Job Description

As Programme Manager, you will take ownership of the end to end delivery of a major technology transformation programme.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the selection and procurement of a new Property Management System
• Managing the RFP process, vendor evaluation and contract award
• Leading the implementation programme through to successful go live
• Managing third party software vendors and implementation partners
• Overseeing data migration, systems integration, testing, training and business readiness
• Establishing programme governance, managing risks and reporting progress to executive stakeholders
• Working closely with operational and technology teams to ensure successful adoption across the business
• Providing hands on leadership within a lean, fast paced environment

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex technology transformation programmes within the property sector.
You'll ideally bring:

• Previous experience leading the selection and implementation of a Property Management System
• Experience with Reapit, MRI Software, Yardi or similar property technology platforms
• Strong programme management experience across technology, business change and operational transformation
• Experience managing third party software vendors and implementation partners
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executive leadership teams
• A pragmatic, delivery focused approach with the ability to operate hands on where required
• Experience working within a Private Equity backed or high growth business would be advantageous
• Essential experience within the real estate, residential property, lettings or wider property sector
