<p><strong>Electrical Production Engineer</strong></p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong><br />
Worcester</p>
<p><strong>Hours:</strong><br />
Full-time, Permanent</p>
<p><strong>Salary:</strong><br />
£27,500 – £37,500 per annum, plus excellent benefits</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities of an Electrical Production Engineer</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide electrical technical support across all production departments</li>
<li>Respond to machine breakdowns to minimise downtime and line stoppages</li>
<li>Electrically test and validate new machine options, including full functional checks</li>
<li>Prepare and support modification requests for electrical circuit and loom design changes</li>
<li>Create and maintain electrical assembly process documents and check sheets</li>
<li>Test and evaluate new machines prior to release</li>
<li>Specify, design, and commission electrical test rigs</li>
<li>Identify risks and support safety and continuous improvement initiatives</li>
<li>Provide technical support to Service and Quality Assurance teams</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Key Skills of an Electrical Production Engineer</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Apprentice trained in an electrical engineering discipline</li>
<li>Recognised electrical qualification (18th Edition, HNC Electrical Engineering or equivalent)</li>
<li>Strong industrial electrical experience</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics</li>
<li>Confident fault-finding using electrical diagnostics</li>
<li>IT literate with good Microsoft Office skills</li>
<li>Well organised, self-motivated, and able to manage workload effectively</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>PLC and inverter drive system knowledge</li>
<li>Experience documenting assembly procedures</li>
<li>Understanding of risk assessment and H&S standards</li>
<li>Project planning or project support experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems</li>
<li>Experience identifying and implementing process improvements</li>
<li>CNC machinery experience</li>
</ul>
