About the role:

justteachers are actively recruiting for a Business Studies Teacher to join a Secondary School in the Sleaford area on a full-time basis starting in September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious educator to help students develop a strong understanding of enterprise, marketing, finance, and the modern business world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5
• Support students in developing commercial awareness
• Assess progress and provide targeted feedback
• Prepare students for examinations and coursework requirements
• Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental success

Pre-requisites:

• Previous experience teaching Business Studies in a secondary school setting
• Relevant teaching qualification
• Strong subject knowledge and curriculum understanding
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Provide two education/school based references from the last two years
