About the Role

<p><strong>Lettings Coordinator &#8211; W1 &#8211; Central London &#8211; £26,000 &#8211; £32,000</strong></p> <p>I have recently partnered with a firm who offer a full range of services for high net worth clients. They have a client-focused approach and pride themselves on building solid business relationships. </p> <p>We are supporting them to find a dynamic and detail-oriented Lettings Coordinator to join their Lettings/Property Management team. The ideal candidate will serve as a crucial communication bridge between tenants, property managers, and contractors, ensuring seamless portfolio management.</p> <p><strong>Note: You must be native or near-native fluent in English and Mandarin. </strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage tenant communications and relationships in both English and Mandarin.</li> <li>Coordinate property maintenance and repair requests.</li> <li>Schedule and oversee contractor visits and property inspections.</li> <li>Process and track rental-related documentation.</li> <li>Assist property managers in maintaining efficient portfolio operations.</li> <li>Resolve tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.</li> <li>When required cover additional duties to support both the Lettings and Property Management team such as, key drop offs, meeting maintenance worker on site <strong><em>(note this is generally only over busy periods)</em></strong></li> </ul> <p> <strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Native or near-native fluency in English and Mandarin.</li> <li>Previous experience in the property sector</li> <li>An understanding of the compliance required in the industry</li> <li>Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin with dealing with stakeholders</li> <li>Exceptional organisational and communication skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in digital communication tools (property management software skills are a big bonus!)</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.</li> <li>Be flexible within your working day and open to supporting the team</li> </ul> <p> <strong>A bonus if you have the below but are not a must:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience as a Lettings Coordinator</li> <li>Understanding of tenancy laws and regulations.</li> <li>Customer service background.</li> </ul> <p> <strong>What they can offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary</li> <li>Extra annual leave days (these are gained by working Saturdays and therefore you will get a day in lieu)</li> <li>Professional development opportunities.</li> <li>Dynamic work environment.</li> <li>Career growth potential and possibilities within the company</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary: £26,000.00 &#8211; £32,000.00 per year</strong><br /> <strong>Monday to Friday &#8211; 10am to 6pm </strong><br /> <strong><em>During peak times such as end of August to end of September you are required to work Saturdays, with days in lieu for each one worked </em></strong></p> <p>Dove &amp; Hawk Property Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of permanent workers.
