<p><b>About the Role</b></p>
<p>Working from home, you’ll carry out surveys across London and the South East within a very reasonable travel distance and take advantage of our expert logistics team. </p>
<p>Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality reports for Housing Condition claims, supported by:</p>
<ul>
<li>Full administrative and diary management support.</li>
<li>We prioritise survey and report writing, not wasting time in long drives or commutes.</li>
<li>Modern iPad-based reporting systems.</li>
<li>A collaborative and professional environment.</li>
</ul>
<p>There are also opportunities to expand your work into:</p>
<ul>
<li>Home Buyer reports.</li>
<li>Stock condition surveys.</li>
<li>Additional specialist instructions (rates discussed separately).</li>
<li>Ongoing CPD and mentoring are provided to support your development.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Conducting residential disrepair surveys to a high professional standard.</li>
<li>Producing clear, accurate, and well-structured reports.</li>
<li>Managing your time and workload efficiently.</li>
<li>Communicating clearly and professionally with clients.</li>
<li>Meeting agreed performance levels, with rewards linked to quality.</li>
<li>Contributing to continuous improvements in systems and processes.</li>
<li>Taking part in team meetings, learning, and CPD.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>About You</b></p>
<p><b>Essential:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in residential surveying.</li>
<li>AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS.</li>
<li>Degree in Building Surveying or Building Pathology.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Excellent organisation and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Confident using surveying tools and digital reporting systems.</li>
<li>Full UK driving licence.</li>
<li>Right to work in the UK.</li>
</ul>
