About the Opportunity
The Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the community’s occupancy goals by creating strong first impressions and guiding prospective residents and families through the early stages of the decision-making process.
This position blends customer engagement, administrative organization, and sales support, serving as a key partner to the Director of Sales and Executive Director. You will be the first point of contact for many families—building trust, coordinating tours, supporting marketing events, and ensuring every inquiry is followed through with care and urgency.
