About the Role

<p><b>Client Support Administrator</b></p> <p><b>Location</b>: Fully remote</p> <p><b>Hours</b>: 20-30 hours per week, to be discussed with candidate (must include 9am-5pm every Friday and 2 Saturdays per month (11am-3pm, email only paid or time back in the week))</p> <p><b>Salary</b>: Pro rata &pound;28,000-&pound;29,500 based on number of hours per week agreed.</p> <p>Join a small, privately owned company supporting around 400 UK car dealerships with compliance systems, audits, and training.</p> <p>Our client is looking for candidates seeking long-term, stable employment who are committed and ready to contribute.</p> <p>Recruitment includes telephone and video interview (with assessment), references and a 6-month probation period.</p> <p><b>Skills &amp; Requirements</b></p> <ul> <li>Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SharePoint, Teams)</li> <li>Excellent communication, spelling, and grammar</li> <li>Previous industry experience preferred</li> <li>Minimum 3 years&rsquo; remote working experience</li> </ul> <p>Our client is looking for someone organised, reliable, proactive, able to multitask, enjoy problem solving and comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment. Importantly&mdash;you&rsquo;re friendly, easy-going and enjoy being part of a supportive team.</p> <p><b>The Role</b></p> <p>This Part-time Client Support Administrator role involves:</p> <ul> <li>Supporting users via email, phone, and live chat, including basic technical guidance aligned with FCA requirements</li> <li>Managing user accounts and resolving access issues</li> <li>Updating client documentation and training materials in line with regulations</li> <li>Producing monthly reports for clients and the FLA</li> <li>Assisting with invoicing, debtor follow-ups, and general admin tasks</li> <li>Supporting client onboarding&nbsp;</li> <li>Re-engaging users with expired training</li> <li>Liaising with IT and external partners to resolve technical system issues</li> <li>Maintaining internal guides, reports and a knowledge base</li> </ul> <p><b>The Benefits</b></p> <ul> <li>Fully remote</li> <li>Laptop and Phone provided</li> <li>Development reviews during probation</li> <li>Up to 6 weeks&rsquo; holiday after 1 year</li> <li>Extra day off for your birthday</li> <li>Casual Dress</li> <li>Pension enrolment</li> <li>Sick Pay after 1 year</li> </ul> <p>Equal opportunities employer.
