About the Role

Litigation Lawyer (Debt Recovery) We are seeking to recruit an experienced and qualified litigation lawyer to join our team of friendly, dedicated and skilled litigators. The role is to predominantly support the efficient recovery of debts owed to the Council and to make deputyship applications to the Court of Protection (a skill which can be developed) as well as being able to assist with other types of litigation and regulatory work. The post involves home working, office working and attending court.
