<h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3>
<p>This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a progressive, independently owned practice with both first opinion and referral caseload.</p>
<p>You’ll be primarily based at our busy Hospital, working alongside a collaborative and experienced team, with occasional support required across other branches if needed.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Deliver high-quality nursing care to inpatients and surgical cases
<li>Assist with first opinion and referral procedures, including medical and surgical cases
<li>Support advanced diagnostic imaging and rehabilitation
<li>Provide excellent patient and client care
<li>Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team
</ul>
<h3><strong>About You</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse
<li>Previous nursing experience in small animal practice
<li>Full UK driving licence
<li>A team player with strong communication skills
<li>Passionate about patient care and continuous development
</ul>
<h3><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></h3>

<li>£26,000 – £33,000 per annum depending on experience
<li>7 weeks holiday including bank holidays

<h3><strong>Rota & Hours</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>3-day week, 10-hour shifts (7.30am–6.30pm, 8.00am–7.00pm, 8.30am–7.30pm), totaling 30 hours
<li>1-hour lunch break per shift
<li>Equal rota for daytime in-patient care and assistance with emergencies
<li>1 in 7 weekends and bank holidays worked, with 2 days off in lieu
<li>No routine out-of-hours work; only very rare backup support for the dedicated emergency team
</ul>
