<p>Hiring Now: Commercial Gas Engineer – Hospitality Specialist<br /> Salary: £35k &#8211; £40k + Van + Benefits + overtime<br /> Position: Full-Time, Permanent</p> <p>We are currently seeking a skilled and fully qualified Commercial Gas Engineer with experience in the hospitality industry. This role involves working across a range of hospitality venues including hotels, restaurants, pubs, and catering facilities, delivering high-quality service and ensuring safety and compliance.</p> <p>Role Overview:<br /> • Install, service, and repair commercial gas heating and catering systems within hospitality environments</p> <p>• Deliver both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs tailored to hospitality clients’ needs</p> <p>• Diagnose and resolve faults on boilers, commercial kitchen gas appliances, and safety interlock systems</p> <p>• Carry out gas safety inspections and compliance certifications specific to hospitality venues</p> <p>• Work within busy commercial kitchens, plant rooms, and heating systems to minimise downtime</p> <p>• Complete plumbing tasks related to water systems and pipework when needed</p> <p>• Ensure all work complies with current safety standards and hospitality regulations</p> <p>Candidate Requirements:</p> <p>• Valid Gas Safe registration with commercial qualifications (COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1, or equivalent)</p> <p>• Minimum 3 years’ experience working within commercial gas systems, ideally with hospitality clients</p> <p>• Proven knowledge of commercial catering gas appliances and heating systems</p> <p>• Plumbing experience beneficial</p> <p>• Full UK driving licence required (company van provided)</p> <p>• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills</p> <p>• Ability to work independently and deliver prompt, reliable service to hospitality businesses</p> <p>What We Offer:<br /> Competitive salary: £35k &#8211; £40k<br /> Company van and fuel card</p> <p>Tools and PPE provided<br /> Overtime and on-call pay (where applicable)<br /> Paid travel time and uniform<br /> Opportunities for professional growth and training<br /> Friendly, supportive team environment<br /> Long-term contracts with leading hospitality clients</p>
