About the Role
Account Manager – Based in Staffordshire – Full time (Office Based) – 40-50kpa
The Role
We are looking to appoint a high calibre individual to the heart of our friendly team. Responsible for management of the estate office and finances, you will work alongside the owner and managers and support the delivery of the various service lines of this unique estate. The role would be office-based and full time, though some flexibility around hours could be considered.
With additional support, you would have responsibility for:

Office management and general administration, including personnel matters

Bookkeeping and accounts including: management accounts; VAT; data inputting and use of accounting software (currently Sage 50); supplier payments; rents; bank reconciliations

Co-ordination & support to the owners and estate director
*
Property admin and support
*
Administrative support for farming (RPA, record keeping, grazing licences, stewardship, claims, liaison with farm licensees & tenants)
*
Co-ordination and support of the different service lines – timber business, forestry, housekeeping
*
Facilitating events and visits
*
Estate insurance
*
Organise and administer estate systems (security, utilities)
