Assistant Restaurant Manager – Field to Fork – Farm Shop Style Concept Salary: Up to £36,000 + Great Perks Newbury – MUST DRIVE A fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to lead a refined yet relaxed dining venue with a fresh restaurant and vibrant events space. We’re looking for someone with a big personality who thrives on building guest relationships and delivering exceptional service. What You’ll Be Doing: Being the face of the restaurant, remembering guests’ names, and enhancing their experience. Leading and inspiring a small, high-performing team. Managing evening events and overseeing smooth operations on busy weekends. Driving service standards and maintaining a casually premium atmosphere. The venue is open around 3 evenings per week 45-48 hours per week, with closing by 10:30 pm. What We’re Looking For: A dynamic leader with strong hospitality experience.
