<p><strong>**Key Responsibilities:**</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
<li>Lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
<li>Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with quality standards and performance metrics.
<li>Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
<li>Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to establish quality requirements and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
<li>Mentor and coach team members on quality management principles, best practices, and tools.
<li>Actively assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality processes

<ul>
<li>Change controls and risk assessment’s, and ensure that quality system is continuously improved with the objective of assuring GDP compliance
<li>Provide support for investigation into non-conformances
<li>Quality KPI reporting
<li>Oversee the warehouse and logistics operations
<li>Require knowledge of GDP and the ISO 9001
<li>Knowledge of ISO 13485 (Quality Management)

<strong>**Qualifications:**</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are highly desirable.
<li>Experience in quality management roles within a manufacturing , logistics or a service-oriented industry.
<li>Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100), and regulatory requirements.
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
<li>Proven leadership abilities with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
<li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
