Ranson Barnes Recruitment is partnering with a growing and ambitious marketing services business in Rotherham to recruit a Business Development Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional with experience in a creative, design, marketing, branding, print, or agency environment. If you're used to working with Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, Heads of Marketing, and Marketing Directors, and enjoy opening doors, building relationships, and developing long-term client partnerships, we'd love to hear from you.

The business supports a diverse range of organisations with the delivery of marketing campaigns, branded communications, and commercial projects. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to identify opportunities, engage with marketing decision-makers, and develop new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Generate leads through networking, outreach, and LinkedIn
• Arrange and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person)
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Use CRM systems to track leads and activity
• Work closely with internal teams to convert opportunities into projects

• Proven sales experience (new business development)
• Confident communicator and relationship builder
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Organised and comfortable using CRM systems
• Willing to use LinkedIn and digital engagement as part of business development
