They've created a workplace where people enjoy coming in - from team art classes and bake-offs to regular social events that build connection and community.It's an environment where loyalty and longevity are the norm - over half the team have been with the firm for 10 years or more - and where career development is underpinned by trust, flexibility, and opportunity.The Role:The firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Partner 10+ PQE to join its thriving property team.You'll work across a broad range of residential transactions, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRe-mortgages and transfers of equityLease extensions and complex title workRegularly work on properties valued up to £10MYou'll have your own manageable caseload of 40-50 live files while collaborating closely with high-end estate agents and repeat clients, supported by an experienced and approachable partner team.The property team consists of circa 25 people and they have recently hired into this department from Top Tier L500 & HNW Chambers firms.
