Day To Day:
- Manage your own caseload of civil litigation military claims
- Assist on high-value, complex cases including noise-induced hearing loss, bullying/harassment, and other complex high-value personal injury military claims
- Contribute to the team's business development efforts
- Work both collaboratively and independently, taking a thorough and proactive approach to your casework
- Demonstrate strong analytical and organisational skills, with clear and confident communication
Preferred Qualifications: - 2-8 years of post-qualification experience in civil litigation, personal injury, or serious injury
- Empathy and compassion to support clients through challenging personal circumstances
- High levels of self-motivation and the ability to use your initiative
