Team Leader - Asset Valuations & Community Asset Transfers

A council in Scotland is looking for an experienced team leader to manage a team of 4 and lead the programme of asset valuations and Community Asset Transfers.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting a team of 4 officers
• Delivering asset valuations across the property portfolio
• Managing Community Asset Transfer projects from start to finish
• Helping maximise the value and community benefit of council assets

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience leading a team
• Ideally MRICS/Registered valuer.

In the office once a week.

12 month contract.
