This is an excellent opportunity for a technically focused professional to take ownership of project delivery, playing a key role in managing and coordinating projects through the detailed design and construction stages. Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you'll have the opportunity to lead technical delivery on a range of architectural projects while contributing to the continued success of a respected practice. The Role You'll be responsible for managing the technical delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality documentation and coordination throughout the detailed design stages. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working closely with project teams and delivering well-coordinated construction information. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical delivery of architectural projects through detailed design stages. Coordinate project information and manage technical documentation. Prepare NBS specifications and Scope of Works documentation. Ensure compliance with current UK Building Regulations. Work collaboratively with colleagues while managing your own workload and project deadlines. Support project management and technical coordination across multiple schemes. Skills & Experience Typically 10+ years' experience delivering architectural projects. Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations. Experience preparing NBS specifications and Scope of Works. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel. Revit experience is desirable. Excellent communication, organisation and project coordination skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. What's on Offer?
