We’re looking for an organized, customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, deliver excellent service, and help our community thrive. Built in 2017, Residences at Hamilton Lakes, located within Dupage County’s business corridor, is a luxury apartment community offering amenities and floor plans that boast quality and comfort.

 

What You’ll Do
As the Assistant Property Manager, you’ll partner with the Property Manager to keep the community running smoothly and residents happy. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
• Supporting rent collection, posting payments, and managing delinquency follow-up.
• Helping prepare financial reports, budgets, and monthly performance summaries.
• Maintaining compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Assisting with leasing tours, renewals, and resident move-ins/outs.
• Acting as a point of contact for residents, addressing questions and concerns promptly.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience (multi-family preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic financial knowledge (rent collection, reporting, budget support).
• Experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, etc.).
• Customer-service mindset and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

 

The pay range for this position is $25-27/hr. JVM Management, Inc. determines individual pay within this range based on factors including qualifications, experience, scope of responsibilities, and internal equity. 
 
This pay range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer.
