Sr. Applications Analyst

This role is hybrid in Tustin, CA.    Overview We’re seeking a Sr. Applications Analyst to support and optimize healthcare application platforms, including EHR/EMR systems and operational tools. This role partners with clinical and business teams to improve system performance, support implementations, and ensure applications align with real-world workflows. What You’ll Do Serve as a senior support and optimization resource for healthcare applications Troubleshoot complex issues and partner with vendors and internal teams on resolutions Configure, enhance, and support clinical and operational systems Support system upgrades, implementations, and new feature rollouts Work closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to improve workflows and system adoption Provide guidance, documentation, and support to end users and junior team members What We’re Looking For 5+ years supporting healthcare applications or EHR systems Experience with EHR implementations, configuration, and support Strong understanding of clinical or healthcare operational workflows Comfortable working directly with end users and going on-site as needed Self-directed, collaborative, and solutions-oriented Nice to Have Specialty or ambulatory healthcare experience Workflow, integration, or reporting exposure Experience supporting multiple systems or multi-site environments
