Schedule: Saturday - Friday - (3:30pm-11:00pm)Pay Rate: $22.00 OverviewSirius Staffing is hiring a Production Lead to oversee daily workflow in a high-volume production environment. This role ensures devices are configured, tested, and shipped on time while meeting strict SLA targets. Responsibilities· Coordinate daily production (imaging, configuration, testing, packing)· Prioritize work based on SLAs, volume, and deadlines· Monitor workflow from intake to shipment· Lead production floor and support technicians· Assign tasks and balance team workload· Troubleshoot issues and remove bottlenecks· Ensure quality standards and SOP compliance· Track production in systems (SAP, ServiceNow, etc.)· Partner with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams· Support process improvements and efficiency gains Requirements· 3–5+ years in production, manufacturing, or fulfillment· Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment· Strong workflow and problem-solving skills· Experience with SAP or similar systems· Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities Nice to Have· Device provisioning or IT hardware experience· SLA-driven environment experience· Lean or Six Sigma knowledge Sirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
