Your role:
As a Product Manager you'll own the product strategy for the Data Platform, collaborating closely with internal data users to discover and understand their pain points and transform these into a structured product roadmap. You'll define the vision, principles and prioritisation approach, partnering with the Head of Data Platform to ensure fast and consistent product delivery.
There's a culture of continuous improvement, you'll collaborate with engineering teams on technical trade-offs, challenge designs and help create pragmatic solutions, whilst championing a product mindset.
About you:
You have strong Product Management skills with experience of working on internal platform products (e.g. data platforms, developer tools, infrastructure)
You have experience of driving user adoption
You have a strong technical background / understanding of data architecture and workflows and can translate them into clear user problems, requirements and adoption plans
You have experience of working in cross-functional teams, driving alignment without direct authority
You have practical experience with AWS (core services, IAM/security, networking concepts, cost control, observability)
You have a strong working knowledge of Databricks and Data Lakehouse concepts and Python literacy
You have advanced stakeholder management and business relationship skills
Location / WFH:
The company is a big advocate of flexible working and prides itself on DEI; ideally you'll be able to get to the London office twice a week.
About you:
You have a strong software engineering skills with technologies such as, Elixir, Rust, Scala, Ruby or Python in a SaaS environment
You have a good knowledge of AWS
You're able to conduct code reviews and provide coaching and mentoring
You have effective communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence others and explain complex technical information
You are delivery focused and have experience of managing technical projects
You have good commercial acumen
You are degree educated in a technical or scientific discipline, Computer Science preferred
