<h2><strong>Position Overview</strong></h2>
<p>A <strong>hands-on Production Supervisor</strong> is needed to serve as the primary <strong>liaison between operations leadership and the hourly production team</strong>.</p>
<p>Responsibilities include overseeing about <strong>15 hourly employees</strong>, ensuring efficient, safe, and timely production while upholding quality standards.</p>
<p>The role reports to the <strong>Manager of Operations</strong> and plays a pivotal part in driving daily output and team performance.</p>

<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>

<li>Lead and manage a team of approximately 15 hourly production workers</li>
<li>Act as the <strong>connection between the shop floor and operations leadership</strong></li>
<li>Ensure daily production objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and with high quality</li>
<li>Monitor workflow, staffing, and productivity across shifts</li>
<li>Mentor, develop, and enforce performance standards for team members</li>
<li>Support recruitment, training, and workforce planning during company growth</li>
<li>Maintain effective communication across departments (operations, leadership, etc.)</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for <strong>process enhancement and increased efficiency</strong></li>

<li>Regular shift: <strong>6:00 AM – 2:30 PM</strong></li>
