This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a pivotal office-based role, leading a small team while driving sales coordination and operational efficiency.</p> <p>What You’ll Be Doing</p> <ul> <li>Partnering closely with the Branch Manager, becoming a key driver of support and success for the internal sales team</li> <li>Taking ownership of an existing customer portfolio, nurturing relationships, maximising value and driving profitability</li> <li>Acting as the go-to expert for customer enquiries, delivering tailored advice and smart solutions</li> <li>Proactively identifying and winning new business through targeted outbound activity</li> <li>Collaborating with the External Sales Manager to strengthen performance and uncover new opportunities</li> <li>Managing sales orders and quotations with precision, ensuring seamless delivery and happy customers</li> <li>Building strong, daily relationships with key suppliers</li> <li>Keeping everything on track through consistent use of the CRM system</li> <li>Working hand-in-hand with logistics and procurement to ensure smooth operations end-to-end</li> </ul> <p>Who We’re Looking For</p> <ul> <li>An experienced Senior Sales Coordinator with at least 2 years’ B2B experience and a proven track record in a fast-paced sales environment</li> <li>A customer-focused professional who genuinely cares about delivering exceptional service, and is always looking to raise the bar</li> <li>A confident communicator with natural relationship-building skills and a professional, approachable style</li> <li>Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once</li> <li>A team player with the ability to strengthen and inspire an internal sales team</li> <li>Commercially aware, with a sharp eye for opportunities to grow the business</li> <li>Experience in the packaging industry is a bonus, but not essential</li> </ul> <p>Submit your CV in confidence today to be considered for this fantastic opportunity.</p>
