No exceptions.</strong></p> </p> <p><strong>Compensation: </strong>Competitive Base Salary &amp; Bonus Incentive Provided.</p> </p> <p>The <strong>RN / Hospice Clinical Director</strong> oversees the direction of hospice clinical services. They develop, implement, and assess goals and objectives for hospice services that align with quality standards and uphold the company&#8217;s mission and values.</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of recent hospice experience necessary</li> <li>Preferred 2 or more years of hospice management experience</li> <li>Experience with planning, budgets, census/staffing ratios, and KPIs</li> <li>Proficient in QA/PI and Compliance </li> <li>Adaptable and Solutions Oriented</li> <li>Demonstrates a strong work ethic</li> <li>Collaborative team player, strong mentor/coach and trainer</li> <li>Graduate of an accredited associate or bachelor’s nursing program</li> <li>Valid state RN license</li> <li>Prior experience in a hospice/home care setting with at least two (2) years of management or supervisory experience.
