About the Role
<p><span>Hi! We are a Spyrosoft team specializing in <strong>robotics</strong>, where we support both startups and well-known brands in software development for <strong>mobile robots, drones and domestic and </strong></span><strong>logistics</strong> <span>products.</span></p><h6>🦾 <strong>We're looking for </strong>a Mechanical Design Engineer<strong> </strong>who can improve the reliability of an existing robotic mechanism and ensure it performs reliably in industrial field conditions.<br><br>Main Requirements:</h6><div><p>✅Experience designing <strong>small mechanical systems with moving parts</strong>, such as bearings, pivots, joints, and linkages.</p></div><p>✅Ability to <strong>calculate forces, loads, and torque</strong> to ensure components are strong and reliable.</p><p>✅Experience integrating <strong>industrial sensors</strong> (inductive, magnetic, proximity, or position sensors) into mechanical products.</p><p>✅Understanding of <strong>manufacturing tolerances</strong> and how small variations in parts can affect product performance.</p><p>✅Experience designing products for <strong>high reliability</strong>, not only functionality.</p><p>✅Knowledge of <strong>DFM (Design for Manufacturability)</strong> and <strong>DFR (Design for Reliability)</strong> principles.</p><p>✅Experience working with products used in <strong>outdoor or harsh industrial environments</strong>, including dust, vibration, moisture, and temperature changes.</p><div><p>✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p>✅ English (B2/C1)</p><p></p></div><ul><li><p><strong>Freelance cooperation (full-part time)</strong></p></li><li><p>Start date:<span> </span>ASAP</p></li><li><p>The possibility of extension for an additional 3-6 months</p></li></ul><p><span>Want to see what we’re working on?
