About the Role

<p>Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.</p>

<p>Foster a positive, customer-focused shopping experience.</p>

<h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3>
<ul>

<p>Previous experience in Retail Store Management.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong leadership, customer service, and team development skills.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and loss prevention practices.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</p>
</li>

<p>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.</p>

<p>High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or management training is a plus.</p>
