What you'll bring:

• A proven track record in Casualty underwriting
• Confidence owning and growing a broker-facing book
• The commercial instinct to understand profit drivers, not just process risks
• A solid grasp of legal, regulatory and risk profiling requirements
• The ability to make decisions - and stand behind them
• Energy. This team performs. You need to match it.

What's on the table:

• £60,000+ basic salary
• 20% on-target bonus
• 30 days holiday + option to buy more
• 10% employer pension, auto-enrolled from day one
• Hybrid working - 3 days in office, broker visits count
