As a production assistant, you are an energetic, adaptable team member who thrives on accuracy and precision. You bring an optimistic attitude, a sharp eye for quality, and strong interpersonal communication skills. Eager to expand your knowledge, you master new software quickly and feel completely comfortable in a high-standard professional setting where safety is always the top priority.

As a production assistant, you must meet the following requirements:

• You can speak English or Dutch.
• You enjoy working with your hands and can do physical work.
• You are available to work full-time.
• You are available to work in morning and evening two shifts, from Monday to Sunday.
• You have a completed MBO-2 technical education or relevant work experience within a production environment.
• You are willing to work in Leiden.

As a production assistant, you provide the administrative support needed to keep our production running smoothly. Working under supervision in a cleanroom (GMP environment), you will follow strict procedures to ensure the quality of our pharmaceutical products. It’s a diverse role with plenty of room to grow! The working hours are in two shifts: 07:00 – 15:30 and 15:00 – 23:30.

• Keeping documentation up to date and recording activities.
• Supporting operators in production activities.
• Preparing equipment and work areas.
• Managing and improving processes in the areas of safety, quality, sustainability, and cost savings.
• Delivering the required materials to the departments.
