Sales Negotiator - Brentwood
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a busy and successful independent estate agency in Brentwood.
This role is perfectly suited to someone who already understands the pace, pressure, and expectations of estate agency sales and is ready to hit the ground running from day one.
You will be confident handling buyer enquiries, booking and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing deals while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
The Role
- Registering applicants and matching buyers to suitable properties
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
- Generating valuations and spotting business opportunities
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Working towards targets in a fast-paced environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous estate agency sales experience is essential
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Target-driven and motivated to succeed
- Well-presented and professional at all times
- Able to work efficiently in a busy office environment
- Full UK driving licence preferred
