<p><strong>Senior Fullstack Product Engineer</strong></p>
<p>Remote (UK) or Hybrid | Scotland-based ideal</p>

<p>Neulinx is partnering with a fast-growing, product-led PropTech business headquartered in Edinburgh. With 50 people in the company and a smart, ambitious engineering culture, they’re helping independent property owners level up their digital presence—and now they’re scaling their AI capabilities.</p>
<p>They are now hiring a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer with a strong Product mindset. You’ll be joining a team of 8 engineers, reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, and working on product features that drive genuine outcomes for users.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Designing, building, and deploying fullstack features from scratch—across web and mobile</li>
<li>Integrating LLMs (OpenAI) into the core product to power smarter, more automated experiences</li>
<li>Improving how thousands of listings are synchronised, priced, and presented—at scale</li>
<li>Building and maintaining features in both the web app (React) and mobile app (React Native + Expo)</li>
<li>Collaborating closely with product, design, and other engineers to drive fast, customer-focused improvements</li>
<li>Streamlining legacy systems and improving scalability, performance, and reliability</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You’ll Need to Succeed</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Fullstack skills – confident with React, TypeScript, Postgres.</li>
<li>Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment</li>
<li>Understanding of relational databases (Postgres preferred) and cloud infrastructure (AWS)</li>
<li>Ability to own problems end-to-end and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative team</li>
<li>Based in the UK – ideally Scotland (remote or hybrid options available)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desirable</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience working with LLMs.</li>
<li>Familiarity with tools like OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks</li>
<li>Experience working with Python and React Native.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Tech Stack</strong></p>
<p><strong>Backend:</strong> Python (Flask), Postgres, AWS</p>
<p><strong>Frontend:</strong> React, TypeScript</p>
<p><strong>AI/LLM Tools:</strong> OpenAI integrations, LangChain (or similar)</p>
<p><strong>Infrastructure & Tooling:</strong> Terraform, GitHub Actions, Sentry, Grafana</p>

<p>This role is open to engineers across the UK, though being Scotland-based is ideal. You’re welcome to work fully remotely, or use the Edinburgh office on a hybrid basis if preferred.</p>
