Paid Internship: HR and Resourcing (Arabic speaker)

We are currently seeking a proactive HR and Resourcing Intern to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate management, and talent acquisition while working in a vibrant and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Support the screening of resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Assist with pre-employment screenings, including background checks and reference checks, to ensure candidates meet legal and compliance requirements.
- Help manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and assistance as needed.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving recruitment processes and strategies.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic is a must.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in Recruitment would be advantageous but not essential.
Additional Details:
Working Hours: The role is either full-time or 25 hours per week; depending on your availability if you are studying.
