Job Profile for Quantity Surveyor (Groundworks & RC Frame) Location: Brighton / Worthing (initially based in Wickham, Southampton)Salary: Up to £70,000 (dependent on experience)An established and growing Groundworks & RC Frame contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The role will initially be office-based in Wickham, Southampton, before transitioning to a long term site-based projects across Brighton and Worthing. Working closely with the Managing Quantity Surveyor, the successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day commercial management across live projects, with exposure to both residential and large RC frame developments.
