Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a focus on accounting systems, data projects, and payments working in a waterfall/Agile environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to executive stakeholders.
Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to successful completion.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as a solid understanding of accounting systems and data management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certifications: PMP, CAPM, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
Industry Experience: Experience in auto financing is a plus.
