About the Role
<p>When it comes to responding to a legal matter, time is of the essence. Many legal disputes now require thousands of electronic documents and emails to be reviewed and assessed before disclosure to opposing counsel and court.</p><p>Quantuma's document review platform is powered by Reveal-Brainspace and offers a full suite of eDiscovery solutions in one seamless platform, harnessing the latest in AI technology to get to the salient data as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.</p><p>We have an opportunity for an eDiscovery Project Manager, to work within our eDiscovery legal technology services team, providing technical and consultative support to both internal and external clients.</p><p>This role is aligned to a hybrid workstyle with 1-2 days per week in our London office (Tuesday + one other as needed).</p><p>What you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li><p>Liaise with clients (typically lawyers) to ascertain their needs in relation to various tasks that need performing within the eDiscovery platform.</p></li><li><p>Perform various Project Management tasks for those clients. Create new matters on the back-end eDiscovery platform, adding users, assigning permissions.</p></li><li><p>Data collection from either a) remote collection, b) on-site collection or a combination of the two (training given).</p></li><li><p>Uploading and processing client data into the platform.</p></li><li><p>Training new users on the platform.</p></li><li><p>Performing day to day requests on the front-end of the platform such as keyword searching, foldering, creation of exports, adding users, AI searching (‘Machine Learning’) etc.</p></li><li><p>Internal administration related to the above, such as: - Conflict Checking - Internal Project Setup - Client charging Reports and Invoice request creation (Invoices are created by Accounts).</p></li><li><p>Attend client sites as and when required.</p></li><li><p>Support colleagues from Administrator to Director / Partner level.</p></li></ul><p>The qualifications and experience you will need are:</p><ul><li><p>Previous experience of eDiscovery software, ideally including deployment / configuration.</p></li><li><p>Experience of managing projects, ideally for external clients.</p></li><li><p>Educated to A’ level or Degree, with IT and Law considered extremely useful.</p></li><li><p>Very comfortable with the use of computer software (full training in ours will be given), along with MS Office.</p></li><li><p>The capability to interact confidently and effectively with legal clients.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#Quantuma</p><p>#K3CapitalGroup</p>
