About the Opportunity

Cherry Bekaert is partnering with a well-established, national organization to add a Corporate Accountant to their team. This is a high-impact role supporting a complex, multi-entity environment with exposure to development, operating, and corporate-level accounting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain and manage general ledger activity across multiple entities
• Perform intercompany accounting and reconciliations
• Assist with financial reporting and internal management reporting
• Support entity-level analysis across development and operating structures
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
• Assist with schedules supporting tax and compliance reporting

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Strong grasp of core accounting fundamentals and GAAP
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
• Exposure to multi-entity or intercompany environments strongly preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (Workday, Yardi, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
