<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>At least <strong>7-10 years</strong> of hands-on experience in control systems engineering.</li>
<li>Minimum <strong>3-5 years</strong> of project management experience.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in <strong>PLC programming</strong> (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi).</li>
<li>Knowledge of <strong>industrial communication protocols</strong> such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus, and Profibus.</li>
<li>Excellent leade<span style="color:#000000">rship, communication, and problem-solving skills.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000000">Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is a plus.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000000">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.</span></li>
