Job Description
Manage and oversee the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns.
Provide strategic tax advice to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to optimise tax efficiency.
Collaborate with external advisors and regulatory authorities as required.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on tax-related matters.
Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.
Prepare and review tax-related reports for senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:
CTA, ACA, or ACCA Qualified
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax regulations.
Experience managing tax compliance and advisory functions.
Proficiency in analysing complex financial data and preparing reports.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving tax-related challenges.
