Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health (Travel)

Location: Covington, GA

Pay: $2,446 per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Home Health

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals
• Coordinate care with other health professionals and providers
• Ensure the safety and effectiveness of medication administration and management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of health status and care activities
• Supervise licensed practical/vocational nurses as needed
• Provide training for unlicensed staff on health maintenance and safety

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Home Health

• GA License or compact licenses
• Home health experience: HCHB, OASIS
• Able to meet productivity requirement of 30 points per week
